1. Liability Disclaimer: TNT SMM shall not be held liable for any damage, loss or harm your business, accounts on social media, or personal property may incur through use of our services.
2. No Resale of Links: You are not permitted to resell or distribute links to our website or services to others without our express written permission.
3. Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use or access our services. By using our site, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
4. Prohibition of Third-Party Payments: You are not allowed to add or use third-party payment methods, unauthorised payments, scam funds or payments from other persons into your account with us.
5. Responsibility for Payment Sources: You are fully responsible for any funds or payments linked to your account. If you attempt to use illegal, fraudulent or third-party funds, we reserve the right to take legal action. TNT SMM is not liable for any such misuse.
6. No Promise of Non-Drop or Refill Guarantee: We do not guarantee that all services will be non-drop (i.e. permanent) or that refills or recovery will always succeed under all circumstances.
7. Behaviour Towards Support: If you use abusive, insulting or rude language toward our support team at TNT SMM, your account may be permanently suspended, and you will not receive further support.
8. Drops Due to Platform Changes: Drops or decreases in delivered metrics in future may occur (e.g. due to updates or algorithm changes on social platforms). We do not guarantee full protection against that.
9. No Guarantee of Refill / Recovery: Even where refills or recovery are offered, we do not guarantee that every drop will be fully recovered under our stated refund/refill conditions.

By using our site, you agree that once payment is made, you will not file disputes or chargebacks against us for any reason.

• If you initiate a chargeback or dispute after payment, we reserve the right to terminate your account, ban you from the platform, and reclaim any followers, likes or other services delivered to your or your clients’ social media accounts.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded or cancelled. If we determine that an order is undeliverable, we may issue account credit (not cash) to your TNT SMM account.
• Orders sent to private, inaccessible accounts will not be eligible for refund. Please verify all details before placing the order.
• Use of fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds. No refunds shall be granted in such cases.
• Avoid placing simultaneous or conflicting orders from multiple servers on the same social media page. This may interfere with delivery, and we will not issue refunds because of such conflicts.
• Some services start instantly; others take 24 to 48 hours or longer. If your order isn’t delivered by the estimated timeframe, contact support to investigate; delays alone do not automatically trigger refunds.
